Dr. Nazanin Kimiai, ND, L.AC, received her medical degree in Naturopathic medicine, as well as Acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Bastyr University. She completed her undergraduate studies in the field of psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She has also completed advanced studies and an internship program in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine in four major hospitals in mainland China.
She is the founder of The Comprehensive Medical Center, an interdisciplinary clinic in Kirkland, Washington. Believing in the principle and the wide variety of the treatment modalities offered through her field; she has orchestrated a medical clinic that offers every patient, any possible treatment program integrating body, mind and spirit in healing within the naturopathic scope of practice.
Dr. Kimiai incorporates elements of many disciplines in her practice through her understanding of the processes of health. She specialized in Oriental medicine, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Neural therapy, Oxidative medicine, German Biological Medicine and Homotoxicology with an extensive detox program for environmentally and/or chemically sensitive patients.

Dr. Sami Dean, ND is a board-certified naturopathic doctor licensed in Washington and California. She graduated from Western Washington University where she earned her undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology. She went on to earn her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Since graduating from Bastyr, she has gained extensive clinical experience while assisting Dr. Klinghardt and Dr. Kimiai for two years in Bellevue, WA. She continues to attend and assist at Dr. Klinghardt’s training seminars. Dr. Dean has additional training in various osteopathic techniques from Upledger Institute, homotoxicology, European biological medicine, detoxification, neuraltherapy, energy medicine, and environmental medicine. Dr. Dean currently is practicing in Santa Monica, CA treating conditions such as allergies, chronic illness/infection, Autism spectrum disorder, and autoimmune conditions. She also works in conjunction with biological dentist, Alex Pana DDS, supporting patients during dental procedures.

Dr. Amy Derksen, ND, graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Biochemistry and earned her Docorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2003. She has since completed a two year apprenticeship with Dietrich Klinghardt, MD PhD, where she developed her skills in neural therapy, as well as gained extensive training in heavy metal detox and treatment of Lyme disease and neurological disorders, including autism.
Dr. Elizabeth Hesse Sheehan, DC, CCN, graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BS in Human Biology and is a cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, where she won the school's prestigious Clinical Citation of Excellence Award. She is one of five board certified clinical nutritionists in Washington State. Dr. Elizabeth has become a specialist in a wide variety of holistic techniques, including the teachings of Dietrich Klinghardt, MD PhD. She has been in practice since 2000, combining numerous chiropractic techniques and natural medicine techniques specifically designed for the individual.
